A popular way to lose weight is to eat a low carbohydrate diet. To help, the developer has customised this calorie counter program to count carbs instead. There is a database of just under 1,400 foods to help you see just what you are eating and what to avoid. The program allows you to keep a daily diary of your food intake and it can display graphs showing your progress.
Program includes an uninstall facility.
Recommended minimum system requirements are Pentium PC, Windows 95/NT4 or better e.g. XP, Vista, Windows 7, (Mac users click here), 32MB Ram.

This has been a helpful little program tracking my diet but I don't understand some of the fields and don't see a help button. I like that it lets me enter my own food and has a Favorites tab. The nutrition facts stated for various foods don't always match what is on the package I have so I enter my own from the package. Not sure what the Tcs and Usr fields are. Also my research tells me that the fiber count should be deducted from the Total Carbohydrates and the program doesn't appear to take that into account. Happy to have this tool though.
